Karen is a charismatic and skilled facilitator who has delivered multiple workshops both face to face and virtually for Enact. She works internationally and has delivered successfully at conferences world-wide. Karen is a certified Life Coach, working with individuals, either on retreats or on a 1-2-1 basis who are keen to realise their potential and ready to make significant changes in their life.
As a professional actor Karen has appeared in many TV shows such as Coronation Street, Eleventh Hour, Hustle and Cold Feet. She has worked with Sir Patrick Stewart and Anna Friel to drop a couple of names!
