Facilitation
Our growing list of clients means we’re always looking to grow our portfolio of Facilitators. If you want to apply, please fill out the submission form below.
What we’re looking for
An engaging personality coupled with a passion to support people to develop and grow are prerequisites. Ideally, you will have diverse experience facilitating and successfully delivering training and development workshops, usually involving up to 15 participants, in a range of corporate or educational settings.
Possibly from an acting background, you should have an understanding of drama-based training and how to maximize the use of actors in a learning environment. Increasingly there is a need for our facilitators to be ‘in role’ during a session, so your ability to self-facilitate from within character would be highly beneficial.
All our sessions blend experiential techniques with theoretical understanding. You should have prior knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, theoretical models that can then be brought to life using a variety of active learning methods.
A reasonable understanding of IT is preferable. We use MS PowerPoint (definitely not for death by…) and electronic voting handsets in most of our sessions, so you’ll need to be willing to embrace some technology. But don’t panic, full training is given and continual support is available.
If you’re interested, there may also be the opportunity for you work alongside the creative team in designing and developing client programs. Certainly, we’re always looking to learn, develop and improve, so we’d love to hear how you might add value, help us innovate, and generally improve the way we do things.
