Enact Extra

The Enact team worked with us to develop a behavioural training course as a result of an investigation into conduct in the business. The engagement we had with Enact was great from the initial scoping to the final sign off. They worked hard to understand our requirements and the issues. They delivered a tool that effectively addressed these. Having sat in on the delivery at one of the depots I saw first-hand the impact that this had on the team and how it made them consider their approach to their colleagues and the wider workforce. Enact successfully worked with us to create two filmed resources with associated collateral, which our colleagues now use to develop actionable strategies to best navigate the hybrid working environment. Enact took time to fully understand what we wanted and developed content that successfully addressed our priorities.

This training method/subject was the most interacted training we have ever delivered in refuse service which was great to be a part of. I think these training methods are the way forward for refuse.
