Juliana holds a BA in Marketing and Advertising and has worked for 4 years in Advertising Agencies. After retraining as a professional actress she developed her expertise in drama based training as a facilitator working across public and private sectors in the UK and internationally.
She has robust experience in running sessions focused on “Challenging Conversations” and “Building Effective Teams”, including constructive feedback and coaching training, where communication models, body language, and impact vs. intention are explored.
Juliana has worked for local and global clients such as Goldman Sacks, Deutsche Bank, Simmons & Simmons, IDEXX, Linkedin, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Visa.
Her working experience includes leading discussions and skills practice involving other topics such as Health & Safety for construction companies across the UK (Tideway, National Grid, Siemens) and also Inclusion workshops for a range of clients.
Juliana is bilingual in English and Portuguese and delivers sessions both in person and virtually.
